Policies

This booking policy is designed to respect your time and ours. It ensures a smooth, elevated experience for every guest. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:


Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are recommended and can be booked online or by contacting us directly.
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service and could be treated as a late cancellation.

Deposits

  • Certain services and packages require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
  • Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Service Adjustments

  • Our services are customized and results may vary based on hair history, skin type, maintenance, and adherence to recommended before/aftercare.
  • Any concerns must be communicated within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and address them appropriately.
  • Complimentary adjustments are not guaranteed and are offered at the discretion of the service provider.

Guests & Children

  • We welcome children and guests in the spa during your appointment.
  • We have complimentary coffee, tea and other refreshments.
  • We have a few quiet activities for kids to engage in. Please let us know if you want us to pull them out.
  • The spa can be dangerous for kids who like to roam. The safety of your child is your responsibility.
  • Children must be supervised for the duration of your appointment.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards.
  • We do not carry cash on the premises.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Health, Safety & Consultations

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical history, allergies, sensitivities, or previous treatments during consultations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe a service may compromise the health or integrity of hair, skin, or overall safety.

Respectful Environment

  • We strive to provide a welcoming and respectful space for both clients and staff.
  • Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and can result in refusal of service.
