I’m Ally, an entrepreneur with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building spaces that promote well-being and confidence. In 2023, I took a bold step and purchased a med spa with the vision of transforming it into a bright, inviting haven that delivers a full range of services under one roof.

My background as a dental treatment coordinator and office assistant gave me a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and patient care. These skills became the cornerstone of my med spa journey. What began as a small side venture has grown into a thriving business, thanks to my commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and consistent results.

I believe that clients deserve more than just services—they deserve an experience worth returning for. My focus is on delivering care that is seamless, detail-oriented, and client-centered. From the moment someone walks through the door, I strive to ensure they feel valued, heard, and confident in the services they receive.

My goal is to build a med spa that not only provides outstanding treatments but also fosters trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. I am dedicated to raising the standard for client care, ensuring that every visit leaves a lasting impression and inspires clients to return.

Hey! My name is Victoria. I am so excited to be a part of the team here at Natural Essence Spa. I have been in the industry for over 15 years. I started my journey in the beauty realm at Sheridan College in Oakville where I studied Cosmetic Techniques and Management. It was during my years in college that I discovered my passion for working ‘behind the chair’. I began my education through the apprenticeship program at Studio 500 in Etobicoke. In 2018, I became a fully licensed hairstylist with the Ontario College of Trades.

Education has always been important to me. I enjoy learning new techniques almost as much as I enjoy educating my clients when they are in my chair. I think consultations are extremely important and I include one with every service. Having a proper, in depth consultation, is the best way to learn about my clients needs. Services are not one size fits all. Starting with a consultation allows me to personalize the experience for each guest I see, at every appointment.

First and foremost, I am a mom. When I’m not at the spa, I am with my family here in Beamsville. Raising two little ones is the greatest gift I have had the privilege of receiving. It’s also one of the greatest challenges I have ever faced. With snow days and sick days – Each day feels like a fun (frantic) adventure. I’ve connected with no many local moms since starting at Natural Essence Spa, what a gift.
